I have been in my sewing mode lately and have not made any cards for our heroes in months. Yesterday I decided to get back into my card making mode.
I am bound and determined to whittle down my paper stash so I can buy some of the beautiful papers I have been seeing.
In this card I used one of the Cutting Cafe Happy Anniversary digital stamps. I changed the color of the word "Love" to red using Photoshop Elements 9. The gold scallop circle was made with the Nestabilities Classic Scalloped Circles Large. This is a very easy card to make and took no time at all.
This is the card I made for this weeks card sketch for Operation Write Home. I wanted to incorporate my white gel pen so this is what I came up with - lots of hugs and kisses. I used a digital stamp from The Cutting Cafe.
I realize it's been a week since I've posted but I have not been watching TV and eating bon bons.I have been learning the ins and outs of digital stamping and also using up some of my scraps. These "digis" are just a few I've found at the The Cutting Cafe.
