Yesterday while perusing Pinterest I came across a blog entitled One Good Thing after noticing someone had pinned "How to Clean Your Washing Machine" (I needed this tip for my new front loading machine). While exploring Jillee's blog I ran across her posting "My Mom's Wonderful English Muffin Bread!". The recipe looked easy considering kneading wasn't involved so I decided to make a batch today - my gracious goodness is it ever easy and DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! The top crust is crunchy, just the way I like it after it's toasted. I'm not sure if the 4 loaves I made will last through the weekend - as you can see in the picture there were only 3 loaves left to take a picture of.
