Trip to Sedona

The weather warmed up enough in the part of Arizona we are staying for the winter we decided to take a trip to Sedona.  Perfect temperatures and a beautiful blue sky made for a delightful day.  I am so blessed to be able to visit some of our nation's natural treasures.
I don't want to bore anyone with a bunch of pictures so I've included only one of the scenery. I did, however, want to include a picture of the humble abode we drove by on our way to the Chapel of The Holy Cross.  The picture was taken from walkway to the chapel.  I can't decide if it's a home or a museum, what do you think?

  1. Just asked my husband this morning if he wanted a cabin in the woods or travel via RV when we retire...he said travel! I can't wait for him to see that beautiful scenery! I have never been to Sedona.

  2. I was told it was the home of the Doctor that invented the Laser surgery machines used for your eyes. Urban legend probably. But it is something! We loved the gift shop at the chapel. I bought a cross there made from sterling and opals that gets comments everytime I wear it. I really studied it the other day and found out the artist had signed the back. Too Cool for workds!
